Tomas Villareal

Tomas leads the Northlight brokerage team and personally handles the group's larger residential mandates. He works mostly with families relocating between Metro Manila and the southern provinces, and spends a lot of his time on the unglamorous parts of a sale: title checks, association rules, and making sure the numbers a buyer is shown are the numbers they will actually pay.
