Four things we hold ourselves to
Listings tied to a named agent
Every property on Casavera is published by an identified agent with a licence number on file. If a listing is wrong, you know exactly who to ask.
Filters that actually narrow
Search on price, size, bedrooms and specific amenities together. Ask for a pool and covered parking and you get both, not either.
Honest about location
Listings show a real map at the real coordinates. Where a vendor has asked for privacy we say so plainly instead of quietly moving the pin.
Nothing hidden until you commit
Floor area, lot size, year built, association dues and status are on the page. Requesting a viewing is a request, not a commitment.
How a listing gets here
Every property has a person attached to it
Listings are not scraped or syndicated. An agent with an account creates one, works it up as a draft, and publishes it when the details are right.
Draft
The agent enters the property, uploads photographs, and sets the amenities. Nothing is public at this point.
Published
Once the listing is complete it goes live and appears in search. The agent's name and licence number are shown on the page.
Sold, let or archived
Status changes are recorded with a timestamp. A sold property stays readable rather than vanishing, so the price history is not lost.

Filter down to the properties that genuinely fit, and save the ones worth a second look to your account.
Step 2
Ask the agent
Send an enquiry from the listing. It goes straight to the agent handling that property, with your questions attached.
Step 3
See it in person
Request a viewing for a date and time that suits you. The agent confirms before anything is booked.
Selling or letting
List your property with an agent who will tell you what it is really worth.
Send us the address and a few details. One of our agents will come back with a valuation and an honest view of how long it is likely to take.
